For delayed baggage, first obtain the airline’s release instructions and confirm whether a third party may collect it. Share the authorisation requirements with us before booking. We confirm the collection and destination; we do not promise access to baggage that has not been released.

We agree the service rather than adding open-ended tasks. The quote should make clear what is included, which purchases or supplier costs are separate and what happens if the brief changes. If another person needs to approve spending, introduce that decision before the visit. Photos, an inventory or a written list can be useful; share only the information needed to organise the mission.

Service across the island
