One person, one WhatsApp number
Ibizahora is run by Richard, who lives in Ibiza and has spent years looking after villas, owners and guests on the island: arrivals, keys, suppliers, cars that need moving and luggage that has to be in place before anyone lands. Ibizahora grew out of that: what used to be done for a handful of houses is now done for anyone who needs it.
Why it exists
Because in Ibiza everything is far from everything, ITV slots are booked months ahead, the ferry leaves when it leaves and, when you're on holiday or working, the last thing you want is a morning in a queue. Someone has to do it. We do, and we confirm it in writing first.
How we work
You message us on WhatsApp with what, where and when. We reply with the exact price and time, usually within the hour. If it works, an "ok" is enough. During the job you get a message whenever there's something to know: car collected, ITV passed, bags delivered. No apps, no sign-ups, no surprises.
Five languages, the whole island
Spanish, English, French, German and Italian. We cover all five municipalities — Ibiza town, Santa Eulària, Sant Josep, Sant Antoni and Sant Joan — with the airport and the port as everyday stops. For vehicle transport we cross to the mainland and carry on as far as Europe needs.
What we don't do
We never confirm without seeing the request. We never give a price that changes later. We don't take jobs we can't deliver in the time you need; we'd rather say no and point you to someone who can.
