How it works in the Santa Eulària municipality
Santa Eulària des Riu is the municipality with the ITV closest to hand: the Consell d'Eivissa's fixed station sits in Santa Gertrudis, on the Sant Miquel road, inside the municipal boundary. We pick the car up wherever it lives — Santa Eulària town or the seafront, Jesús and Puig d'en Valls, Santa Gertrudis, Cala Llonga, Es Canar or Sant Carles de Peralta — and park it back at your door with the inspection report and the new sticker on the windscreen.
On the day we arrive at the agreed time, check together that the paperwork is in the car and leave for Santa Gertrudis with time to spare. If you work in Ibiza town, we can collect from your office in the morning and hand the car back there around midday; for many clients in Jesús that is the easiest arrangement.
Drive time from Santa Eulària to the ITV
From the centre of Santa Eulària to the station is about 10 km along the Santa Gertrudis road: 15 minutes out of season, a little more in July and August. From Jesús or Puig d'en Valls allow 10–15 minutes; from Es Canar, Cala Llonga or Sant Carles count on 20–25. If you live in Santa Gertrudis itself, you are five minutes away.
With those distances the job usually takes two to three hours out of your morning: a buffer to arrive and queue at the gate, the inspection itself (20–30 minutes for a car) and the drive back. If you can choose your slot, go for the middle of the day when the Sant Miquel road is quieter; in August, the earlier the better.
What we need from you
The date and time of the appointment (or permission to find one for you), and inside the car the registration document (permiso de circulación), the technical card (ficha técnica) and proof of valid insurance. Plus the keys: if you will be out, we collect them from your concierge, your villa manager or an agreed safe spot in the urbanisation. Before handing over, glance at lights, wipers, tyres and dashboard warning lights — they are the most common and the most avoidable reasons for a fail.
Price: €89–129 VAT included
The fee runs from €89 to €129, VAT included, and excludes the ITV charge itself (€28 for cars, paid when the appointment is booked since August 2026). In Santa Eulària most jobs land at the low end: Santa Gertrudis, Jesús, Puig d'en Valls and the town centre are under 20 minutes from the station, so with a mid-day slot we charge €89. It moves towards €109–129 for collections in Sant Carles, Es Figueral or Cala Llonga, for first-thing or late-afternoon slots, and when the wait at the station is longer than usual or two trips are needed. You get a fixed price on WhatsApp before we collect.
If the inspection comes back unfavourable
Not the end of the world: you have two months to fix the defects and go back, and if you return within seven working days with minor defects the station charges no new fee. We can drop the car at your usual garage in Santa Eulària or Jesús as a driver service (€40–60/h, two-hour minimum) and repeat the run for the second inspection at the same per-trip price.

Do you collect in Cala Llonga and Es Canar?
Yes. Cala Llonga, Es Canar, Sant Carles, Es Figueral and the Siesta and Roca Llisa urbanisations are all covered by the Santa Eulària service. They sit 20–25 minutes from the Santa Gertrudis station, so the price is usually €99–129 depending on the appointment time.
How long is the drive from Santa Eulària to the ITV?
About 15 minutes from the town centre via the Santa Gertrudis road, 10–15 from Jesús and five if you live in Santa Gertrudis. Add 10 minutes in July and August. Including the queue, the inspection and the return, the car is away for two to three hours.
Can you book the appointment for me?
Yes. With the registration number, the model and your contact details we look for a slot on the Consell d'Eivissa's online booking site. Since August 2026 the fee (€28 for cars) is paid at booking; we advance it and bill it separately. Cancelled slots are mostly released at the end of the week, so it pays to check more than once.
How much does it cost from Santa Gertrudis or Jesús?
€89 including VAT with a mid-day appointment and collection in Santa Gertrudis, Jesús, Puig d'en Valls or Santa Eulària town. The ITV fee is extra.
What if I am not home at collection time?
We arrange the key handover with your porter, villa manager or a safe spot, and send you a photo of the car at pick-up and on return. All we need is the paperwork inside the vehicle.
Which documents must be in the car?
Registration document, technical card (tarjeta ITV) and proof of current insurance. If the car is not in your name, a signed authorisation from the owner. We run through it with you on WhatsApp the day before.
