What actually gets sent from Santa Eulària
Santa Eulària des Riu is the municipality of garden villas, boats in the marina and families who spend the summer in Roca Llisa, Siesta, Cala Llonga or Es Canar. What we carry here is rarely industrial freight. It is the keys for guests arriving at a villa in Santa Gertrudis or Sant Carles while the owner is abroad; a folder of deeds or a power of attorney for the gestoría or the notary in Ibiza Town; the charger, sunglasses or wash bag left in a seafront hotel or on a boat in Marina Santa Eulària; a spare part for a workshop in Puig d'en Valls or Jesús; a prescription from the duty pharmacy; and the parcel that went back to the depot because nobody was home.
Correos and parcel pick-up points in the municipality
The Santa Eulària post office is at Passeig de s'Alamera 12, right in the centre. There are two more Correos offices in the municipality: Jesús (Los Arcos building, Llinquer) and Santa Gertrudis (Carrer de la Vénda des Poble 6). SEUR and MRW have no depot in Santa Eulària; both deliver from Ibiza Town (SEUR at Carrer del Voluntariat 4, MRW at Carrer del Músic Fermí Marí 17-21). Real transit times from Santa Eulària
From the centre of Santa Eulària to Ibiza Town takes 15–20 minutes; from Jesús or Puig d'en Valls, about 10. Santa Gertrudis is 20 minutes from the capital and 25 from Sant Antoni. Es Canar, Sant Carles and Es Figueral add 10–15 minutes to any destination. Allow 25–30 minutes to the airport from the centre, 20–25 to Sant Joan on the Sant Carles road, and 25–30 to Sant Antoni via Santa Gertrudis and Sant Rafel. These are door-to-door times outside rush hour.
What changes in summer
In July and August the approach to Ibiza Town through Jesús and the Puig d'en Valls roundabout clogs between 18:00 and 21:00, so we add 10–15 minutes to anything heading for the capital. On Wednesdays the Punta Arabí hippy market fills the road into Es Canar; on Saturdays, and again on Sunday evenings, Las Dalias does the same in Sant Carles. If your delivery falls on one of those days in one of those areas, ask for a morning slot or give us your deadline and we route via the Sant Carles road rather than along the coast.
How to brief us on WhatsApp
One message is enough: pickup address with a reference (urbanisation, villa number, name on the doorbell), what the item is and roughly how big, delivery address, name and phone of the person receiving, and your deadline. For keys, tell us who gets them and anything they need to know (alarm, gate, key box). We reply with a price and a time and only set off once you say yes. Can you collect a parcel from the Santa Eulària post office for me?
Yes. Send us the arrival notice or tracking number, the name on the parcel and a signed authorisation with a copy of your ID, which is what Correos asks for when releasing to a third party. We call at Passeig de s'Alamera and bring it to your home, boat or office.
Do you cover Es Canar, Cala Llonga and Sant Carles?
Yes, the whole municipality is included. From those areas to Ibiza Town is 30–35 minutes, so for an under-2-hour urgent run it helps to message us as early as you can.
Can you hand keys to guests arriving late at night?
Yes. Give us the flight number or expected time, we speak to the guest directly on WhatsApp and either wait at the villa or hand over at their hotel. We agree the timing with you before confirming.
Do you deliver to boats in Marina Santa Eulària?
Yes. We need the boat name, the pontoon and a phone number for someone on board. If nobody is there, we leave the parcel with the marina staff on your say-so and send you a photo.
What if Las Dalias market is on the day of my delivery?
Saturdays and Sunday nights are slow into Sant Carles. We add 15 minutes to the estimate and, if your deadline is tight, we tell you when confirming so you can decide whether to bring the pickup forward.
