The north: far from everything, except us
Sant Joan de Labritja is the least populated and most rural municipality in Ibiza: Sant Joan and Sant Llorenç de Balàfia inland, Sant Miquel with its little port, Sant Vicent de sa Cala and its beach, Portinatx at the northern tip, Benirràs, Cala Xarraca and the hotels perched above the cliffs at Na Xamena. Up here almost everything you need is half an hour away: the gestoría, the notary, Can Misses hospital, the parcel depots. Our job in the north is mostly to save you that drive.
What we carry up and down most often: keys for guests at agroturismos and villas in Sant Miquel and Sant Llorenç whose owners live in Ibiza Town or off the island; signed documents that have to be lodged with a gestoría or a registry in the capital before 14:00; parcels held at SEUR, MRW or Correos that nobody can get to; medication from the hospital or a duty pharmacy once the one in Sant Joan has closed; parts for the pool or water-treatment technician; and forgotten items leaving a hotel in Portinatx or Na Xamena for the airport.
Correos and parcels in Sant Joan
The Sant Joan post office is at Carrer d'Eivissa 7 in the village, open Monday to Friday 08:30–14:30. There is a second office in Sant Miquel de Balansat (Carrer de Balançat 5). Neither SEUR nor MRW has a depot in the municipality: their parcels come out from Ibiza Town (SEUR at Carrer del Voluntariat 4, MRW at Carrer del Músic Fermí Marí 17-21) and, when the driver cannot find the house, go straight back there. Send us the notice, the exact name on the shipment and your signed authorisation and we bring it north the same day.
Transit times from the north
Sant Joan → Ibiza Town: 30–35 minutes on the Sant Joan road (C-733) through Sant Llorenç and Santa Gertrudis. Sant Miquel → Ibiza Town: 25–30. Portinatx → Ibiza Town: 40–45. Sant Vicent and Cala de Sant Vicent → Ibiza Town: about 40, via Sant Carles. Add 10–15 minutes to any of these for the airport. Sant Joan → Santa Eulària: 20–25 via Sant Carles. Sant Joan → Sant Antoni: 35–40 through Sant Mateu and Santa Agnès, or via Sant Rafel if the Sant Mateu road has works.
Summer, Sundays and tracks with no signal
The north is spared the traffic of the south but has its own moments: on summer Sundays Benirràs locks up from 17:00 for the sunset drums and access is closed at the upper car park; the Sunday-morning market fills Sant Joan village; and in August the Portinatx road crawls at midday. What really shapes a delivery here is not traffic but the address: many houses are named fincas at the end of a dirt track with no signal on the last stretch. A pinned location and a photo of the gate save us half an hour.

Yes. Send us the notice or tracking number, the exact name on the shipment and a signed authorisation with a copy of your ID. We collect in Ibiza Town and bring it up to Portinatx the same day; it is about a 45-minute drive.
Do you reach country houses with no clear postal address?
Yes, that is the norm in Sant Joan. Send a Google Maps or WhatsApp pin, the finca name and, if you can, a photo of the gate or the turning. If there is no signal on the track, we agree a meeting point.
Do you deliver to boats at Port de Sant Miquel or Portinatx?
Yes. We need the boat name, where it is (pontoon, buoy or anchorage) and a phone number for someone on board or the tender. If we need to wait for the tender, we agree that beforehand.
Can you hand keys to guests arriving at an agroturismo?
Yes. Give us their expected arrival time or flight number, we talk to them on WhatsApp and either wait at the house or hand over in person. If the key is in a lock box, you give us the code and we leave everything ready.
