Why an urgent delivery in Ibiza is not as simple as it looks

From Ibiza Town to Sant Antoni or Santa Eulària is about 15 kilometres; to Portinatx, about 35. That sounds like nothing, but in season the airport road and the Sant Rafel roundabout turn half an hour into an hour, and in winter many shops close at lunchtime or change their hours without warning. The airport handled 1.26 million passengers in September 2026 alone, almost 3 % more than the year before, and every one of those travellers forgets something, waits for something or needs something at the last minute.

The big parcel companies run fixed routes with 24 to 72 hour windows, and ordinary post on the island suffers delays that, according to complaints from the postal unions, reach more than a month in some neighbourhoods. For a holiday postcard that does not matter. For a set of keys, a passport or a spare part, it does.

What we carry, and what we do not

We carry almost anything that fits in a car and weighs less than one person can lift:

• Keys, garage remotes and access cards between agencies, owners and guests.
• Documents: contracts, deeds, powers of attorney, medical reports, vehicle paperwork for the gestoría or the ITV.
• Parcels and spare parts: the piece the shop has in Ibiza Town and the technician needs in Sant Josep.
• Items left behind in villas, hotels and boats, taken straight to the airport or the port before boarding.
• Specific purchases you cannot go and get yourself: the pharmacy, the hardware store, the last-minute gift.

We do not transport cash, animals, dangerous goods or anything that needs a cold chain. If you are unsure about an item, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away.

What it costs and how we work it out

Courier runs on the island start at €35 including VAT. That covers a standard trip within Ibiza, with pick-up and delivery the same day. If you need it in under two hours, we add 50 %, because someone drops what they are doing and leaves now. A job that means waiting in a shop, queueing, or collecting several items from different addresses is quoted separately, always before we begin.

The important part: we never set off until you have seen and accepted the price in writing on WhatsApp. No surprises on delivery.

How it works, step by step

1. You message us

One WhatsApp message, using the green button on this page, with three things: what it is, from where to where, and by when. If you can, add a photo of the item and the names of the person handing it over and the person receiving it.

2. We confirm price and time

We usually reply within the hour, from 8 am to 9 pm every day. You get a fixed price and a pick-up window.

3. We collect and keep you posted

You get a message when we collect and another when we deliver, with the name of the person who received it. If nobody is at the destination, we call you before leaving anything.

• A villa agency whose guests arrive before the cleaners have finished: we bring the spare keys from the office and hand them over in person.
• An owner who lives abroad and needs a signed document at the notary or the gestoría today.

What we ask of you

That the item is ready and closed when we arrive, that the person at the other end knows we are coming, and that you tell us if anything is fragile. For keys or valuable documents, we ask for the name of the person who should receive them and we hand them to nobody else. That is all.

Out of season too

The island does not stop in winter: there are works in the villas, house moves, paperwork, cars going through the ITV and families who live here all year. We work Monday to Sunday, and if you also need your car collected for the ITV or your luggage taken from the airport to the house, we arrange it in the same conversation. Ibiza, handled.
