The collection town matters as much as the final destination. A vehicle at a workshop near Barcelona and a car at a private address elsewhere in Spain need different logistics. Tell us whether the vehicle is roadworthy and what flexibility exists around collection. For another European destination, name the country and delivery address. Planning the details before we start

We agree the service rather than adding open-ended tasks. The quote should make clear what is included, which purchases or supplier costs are separate and what happens if the brief changes. If another person needs to approve spending, introduce that decision before the visit. Photos, an inventory or a written list can be useful; share only the information needed to organise the mission.

Service across the island
