A few things to know.
How do I book a service?
Choose a service and send your location, deadline and useful details by email. We confirm availability, scope and price before you agree to the mission.
Can you arrange something today?
Tell us your deadline. Same-day work depends on the route and availability. For island courier requests under two hours, the express surcharge is 50%; timing is confirmed before booking.
How does the air courier work?
Share the item, destination and deadline. We check the item before departure, agree a mission-specific quote and arrange hand-to-hand delivery with email updates. Flights and team availability must be confirmed.
What does the ITV service include?
Collection and return of your vehicle, from €89 to €129. Inspection fees and repairs are extra. Share your appointment, vehicle and address so we can agree the documents, permission and handover.
Can you transport a car to Europe?
Yes, request a route-based quote for mainland Spain or Europe. Send both addresses, vehicle details and dates. Transport method, ferry arrangements and handover are agreed in the quote.
Can you collect luggage at the airport?
We arrange luggage collection and delivery between airport, port, hotel and villa, from €45. For delayed baggage, collection depends on the airline releasing it and accepting your authorisation.
Are taxes included in the prices?
VAT is included in the service prices shown. Shopping receipts, laundry charges, ITV fees and repairs are extra where stated. The full final price is confirmed by email before we start.
Which areas and languages do you cover?
Across Ibiza: Ibiza Town, Santa Eulària, Sant Josep, Sant Antoni, Sant Joan, Es Cubells and Playa d’en Bossa. Contact us in English, Spanish, French, German or Italian.
Can I combine services in one request?
Yes. Send your complete list: groceries, a parcel, laundry or help preparing a villa. We agree the order of the tasks, availability and the full quote together.
